Pre-order means you secured your copy of the item you paid for! They would need production wait time before they can ship home to you! Please only pre-order if you can wait! Refunds are only available on case by case basis.

International Shipping (Standard Orders)
All standard orders shipped internationally comes without tracking. It takes around 2-3 months to arrive. Please add a [Tracked Upgrade] to your cart for tracking number and quicker deliveries.
Local Shipping (Standard Orders)
All standard orders shipped locally comes with tracking. It takes around 3-7 days to arrive.

Returned Orders
If your order was returned to me (parcel rejected, wrong address), you may opt for your order to be reshipped (either to the same address or alternative address) and with the re-shipment fees paid the shipping listing. If the error was on my part, I'll reshipped your parcel free of charge.
Lost Parcel
I am not responsible for any lost parcel, once it's shipped, I have no controls over it! Please check with your local postal office. It's highly recommended to get [Track Upgrades]!
If you paid for [Delivery Upgrades] or your order is eligible for tracked, I will contact the Singapore Post for compensation up to 50SGD (provided by SingPost)
Compensation by SingPost
SingPost offers up to 50SGD and may take 4-5 months to claim depending on their service. Only when SingPost transfers the compensation to me will I refund you!

Regarding Customs
Buyers are fully responsible for any taxes or custom fees associated with receiving their order. I will not be able to refund any shipping and handling fees if you deny the package due to customs fees (if applicable)
Regarding EU Orders
For buyers from the EU, please note that you'll have to be responsible for the tax & VAT on your own! I am not responsible for any package denied or discarded due to legal issues.
Regarding Chargeback
Buyers who has purchased from my shop has agreed to all my terms! If you decided to hold a chargeback you'll be blacklisted and might even see your name on my socials!
